Bob Nordlicht formed the
Scott-Thaler
Acquisitions (S.T.A) Division in 1984.
Mr. Nordlicht, having held presidential and senior executive positions
in such corporations as General Mills, May Corporation and Edison Brothers,
brings his management skills to assist with his client's corporate needs. In addition, Mr. Nordlicht helped develop, expand and roll out two
specialty chains from a local presence to a national one. Thus, those
individuals and corporations seeking an entrepreneurial approach to business
will be completely satisfied with S.T.A.
S.T.A.'s mission is stated as follows:
Acting as a business matchmaker, S.T.A. gives the financial highway
a much more professional look. S.T.A. screens both its corporations and angels
carefully, preferring to work with only those suited to specifically outlined
objectives. When a match is found, S.T.A. implements full market research and
management analysis of potential investment or sale. S.T.A. creates sales,
marketing, merchandising, and manufacturing plans. When needed, S.T.A. creates
complete profit and loss statements. S.T.A. takes advantage of their recruiting
prowess, securing executives as needed. S.T.A. arranges financing. S.T.A.
assists with all negotiations. Having worked with managing partners and directors of Morgan
Stanley Dean Witter; Shearson Lehman; Merrill Lynch; Donaldson, Lufkin,
Jenrette; First Boston Corp.; Houilihan, Loke, Howard, Zukin Capital; Financo,

Werthinheimer Group; Finova, Inc.; Blackstone Group and many others. S.T.A. is
experienced and comfortable functioning within the corporate investment
community. S.T.A.s' real advantage over the large corporations is S.T.A.'s
ability to seek out and obtain the unpublished investment and sale
opportunities that exist. S.T.A. acquisition has participated with various financial groups
on the following enterprises; Bonwit Teller, Inc.; Millers, Inc.; Miller &
Rhoads, Inc.; Cain Sloan, Inc.; Fashion Channel Network, Inc.; Britches, Inc.;
